Enrollment FAQs

What is the withdrawal policy?

We understand that families may need to withdraw their child due to a number of different reasons. We require a minimum of 30 days notice in advance of when your child's last day at PKK will be.

How long does the enrollment process take?

The enrollment process can take less than 24 hour if needed; you may have your child start at PKK the day following your tour. The registration fee can also hold your child's spot for up to 30 days (or longer if currently pregnant, or your child is not yet 6 weeks old).

How do I register and start my child?

Once you come in to tour our school, you will receive a registration form via email directly after your tour. If you decide to register your child, you can complete the registration form directly from your email. On the registration form you will indicate when you would like your child's first day to be, and within 1 business day we will send you all of the enrollment forms and next steps for starting your child at PKK.

Can two different payment methods be used for tuition?

Absolutely! Your family's automatic monthly tuition payments can be set up to two different payment methods.

Can the registration fee hold my child's spot for longer than 30 days if I am pregnant?

If you are currently pregnant and looking to register your baby in our infant room for once they are 6 weeks old (or a few weeks older), we can hold your baby's spot for that entire duration with the $100 registration fee.

Is the $100 registration fee refundable?

The $100 registration fee is paid to hold your child's spot for up to 30 days, and is non-refundable.

Am I required to tour before enrolling my child?

Yes, you are required to tour before enrolling your child. You may book a tour here on our website, or by giving us a call any time Monday through Friday, 7AM - 6PM.

What does the supply fee cover?

The $200 annual supply fee covers classroom-specific materials for lessons and activities, as well as the building security systems & live video camera access.

Is the $200 annual supply fee prorated for a mid-school year start?

Yes! If your child starts between December and August, the first annual supply fee is prorated for a mid-school year start date.
